Rules for using the EDAXE online shop — orders, payment, delivery and complaints.
1. General provisions
These terms set out the rules for using the EDAXE online shop, operated by EDAXE Sp. z o.o.
2. Orders
Orders can be placed 24 hours a day. Shipping in business days within 1–4 days.
3. Payment
We accept BLIK, Przelewy24, InPost Pay, cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, bank transfer and cash on delivery. All prices include VAT.
4. Delivery
Delivery via InPost (Paczkomat or courier) and DPD within Poland. Free delivery from 99 zł with prepayment.
5. Complaints and returns
Complaints handled within 14 business days. Free returns within 30 days.
