Complaints

Liability for non-conformity for 2 years from delivery. File a complaint in 3 steps — we reply within 14 days.

We take great care of our products’ quality. If, however, a purchased item turns out to be faulty, you have the full right to file a complaint.

Under the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014, all products bought in our shop are covered by rights arising from non-conformity of the goods with the contract for 2 years from the delivery date. This right applies to consumers and to sole traders with consumer rights.

How to file a complaint in 3 simple steps

1. Report the problem

Send an email to bok@edaxe.pl. Briefly describe the defect (photos of the damage are welcome — they significantly speed up the process).

2. Prepare and send the product back

Pack the item safely and send it together with your details (name, surname, order number) to:

3. Decision and resolution

We do our best to handle reports as quickly as possible. We will reply to your complaint in writing or by email within a maximum of 14 days of receiving it.
