Returns

We care about your comfort, so you have a full 30 days to decide! Consumers and sole traders with consumer rights (where the contract is not of a professional nature arising from their business activity) may withdraw from the contract and return the purchased product within 30 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

The returned product should be protected and complete. As the buyer you are liable for any reduction in the product’s value resulting from use beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

How to return? Just 4 simple steps

1. Report the return

Sign in to your account and fill in the return form available under My account. You can also declare your withdrawal from the contract by writing to us at bok@edaxe.pl.

2. Prepare the product for shipping

Pack the product so it is safe in transport. Do not stick the shipping label directly on the product’s original packaging — use an extra box or a shipping foil bag. Return the product complete, with all set elements and accessories.

Tip: if possible, include the return form and proof of purchase (e.g. receipt or invoice) in the parcel. This is not legally required and its absence will not block the return, but it will significantly speed up identifying the order in our warehouse.

3. Send the product back

The return shipping cost is borne by the customer (unless specific legal provisions state otherwise). Send the parcel to:

Do not send us cash-on-delivery parcels or parcels for pickup at a parcel locker — we have no technical means to collect them.

4. Refund

We will refund your payment without delay — at most within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. As allowed by law, we may withhold the refund until the product physically reaches our warehouse or you provide proof of sending it back.
