How to order
Step-by-step guide to ordering in the EDAXE shop — from creating an account to the email confirmation.
1. Create an account or sign in
A customer account is required to place an order — purchasing without registration is not possible. Creating an account is quick and only requires basic details.
2. Add products to your cart
Browse the shop and add products with the "Add to cart" button. You can edit the cart contents at any time.
3. Use a discount code
If you have a discount code, enter it in the dedicated field in the cart — prices update automatically.
4. Choose delivery and payment
At checkout pick a delivery method (InPost Paczkomat, InPost courier or DPD) and a payment method — see the Delivery and Payment methods pages for details. Prepaid orders from 99 zł ship for free.
5. Confirm your order
Review your details and confirm the purchase. After successfully placing the order you will receive an email with the confirmation and purchase details.
