Checking your order status
Check your order status in the customer panel or without signing in; track the parcel with the number received by email.
Status in your customer account
Sign in and open My account → Orders — you will find the current status of every order along with your purchase history.
Checking without signing in
You can also check an order without signing in on the Track order page — all you need is your email address and the order number from the confirmation message.
Tracking the parcel with the courier
Once we hand your parcel to the courier (InPost or DPD), you will receive the tracking number by email, which lets you follow the parcel on the carrier’s website.
